Elastocon launch a new range of
Air Ageing Ovens for polymers
|
|
22 years ago Goran Spetz started Elastocon with a range of cell ageing ovens for polymers which offered major improvements in the control of temperature ( uniformly throughout the complete chamber) and precise control of air velocity and exchange rates. Improvements in performance such as these have permitted the preparation of International Standards with tighter specifications which has improved test accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility within the industry. Control of precise temperature over long periods has been found to be critical when determining product lifetime predictions.
Elastocon have now launched a new range of cell ageing ovens which incorporate a number of improvements based on the knowledge gained from selling over 200 cell ovens since the company began. The ovens are manufactured in 4 or 6 cell configuration with either single or individual cell temperature control.
* Improved insulation for lower energy consumption resulting in lower external surface temperatures
* Lower surface temperature
* New touch screen control utilising a micro PLC, featuring individual cell count down timers and alarm history.
* Each cell can get a test name
