The automatic relaxation and creep tester EB 18‑II‑3 has individual control of the 3 test stations as well as the temperature of each cell. The temperature range is between +40 °C and +200 °C. The EB 18‑II‑3 instrument perfoms tests according to ISO 188 method A, ISO 3384-1 method A, ISO 6914 method A, ISO 8013, and ISO 899 with modified test specimen (no strain gauge required).

The automatic relaxation and creep tester EB 32 is equipped with a liquid circulator for cooling and can cycle between -40 °C and +200 °C, with the same temperature in all 3 test stations. The EB 32 instrument perfoms tests according to ISO 188 method A, ISO 3384-1 method A and B, ISO 3384-2 method A and B, ISO 6914 method A, ISO 8013, and ISO 899-1 as well as ISO 899-2 with modified test specimen (no extensometer required).

The Bizerba Slicer is used for slicing rubber products for preparation of test pieces.

Brittleness tester, ET 05-II, for automatic determination of brittleness point according to ISO 812, ASTM D2137 and equivalent standards.

The EB 04-II cabinet oven has low air speed and a flow meter that can be set between 3 to 20 changes per hour, which meets the requirements in ISO 188 method A.

The EB 12-II cabinet oven has high air speed with laminar flow from bottom to top, and a factory set throttle to give a fixed air exchange rate of 7 (default) or 14 changes per hour, which meets the requirements in ISO 188 method B.

The EB 26HT ageing cabinet has high air speed and a fixed air exchange rate of 7 (default) or 14 changes per hour, which meets the requirements in ISO 188 method C. This oven also has a carousel for simple and fast mounting of the samples. The carousel – which rotates during ageing – has room for up to 36 samples.

The EB 27 cabinet oven has an exchange rate of 100 ±25 changes per hour, but still with low air speed inside the chamber. This cabinet oven meets the requirements in ASTM D573, ASTM D5423 type 2, and ASTM E145 type IIA and IIB.

The EB 21 cell oven for relaxation tests has 4 cells with individual temperatures and individual control of the air exchange rate for each cell. Temperature range +40 °C to +200 °C (HT-version up to +300 °C).

The EB 21 LTHTP cell oven for relaxation tests of rubber has 4 cells with individual control of temperatures and air exchange rate. EB 21 LTHTP can be programmed for temperature cycling between approximately +20 °C to +300 °C, according to ISO 3384-1 method A and B, as well as ISO 6914 method A.

The EB 22 cell ovenfor stress relaxation has 6 cells with individual temperatures and individual control of the air exchange rate for each cell. Temperature range +40 °C to +200 °C (HT-version up to +300 °C).

The EB 36 cell oven has a stirrer that stirs the air in the cells with about 60 rpm and meets the standard AS/NZS 1660.2.3:1998.

The EB 37 cell oven is equipped with 4 cells, each with individual temperature up to +350 °C. Each cell has individual control of the air exchange rate, and has room for 24 test pieces. The EB 38 high temperature cell oven for relaxation tests has 4 cells with individual temperatures and individual control of the air exchange rate for each cell. The temperature range is +40 °C to +350 °C.

The EB 39 cell oven for stress relaxation tests of rubber according to ASTM D6147 has 6 cells with individual temperatures and individual control of the air exchange rate for each cell. Temperature range +40 °C to +200 °C (HT-version up to +300 °C).

The EB 17 cell oven for relaxation tests with 6 cells with the same temperature and cycling from -70 °C up to +245 °C, according to ISO 3384-1, ISO 3384-2 and ISO 6914 method A.

The TR tester, Gehman tester and brittleness tester can be combined using the same base unit and a rig changing system.
