Thanks to a new collaboration agreement with German company Anseros, Elastocon now offers the ozone climate simulator SIM6300-TH for ozone testing. The SIM6300-TH ozone test chamber includes all the basic instruments for rubber ageing and crack testing according to ISO 1431-1 and ASTM D1149.
The device offers a reliable and maintenance-free ozone generator and a certified precise ozone analyzer for automatic control of the ozone level in the chamber. Data logging is done via a digital interface (RS232) together with Ansero's data logging software AMACS. During endurance tests, interruption procedures can be adjusted with a PLC control.
Anseros has been developing and manufacturing components and systems in ozone technology since 1989. Elastocon represents Anseros in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
