Xplore provides small-scale processing instruments that allow rapid formulation and testing of minimal material quantities, enabling the efficient screening of a vast range of polymer compositions.
The product range includes laboratory-scale micro-compounders – delivering reliable, high-quality results for viscous compounds – and a compact, high-precision micro-injection moulder designed for efficient R&D screening, easily fitting on a laboratory bench. Xplore also offers micro cast film lines, a micro fiber line, and other polymer processing equipment.
The company's expertise covers conventional polymers, rubbers and elastomers, recyclates, composite materials, biomedical materials, and nutritional products.
