New xenon arc weathering tester with large capacity – Q-SUN Xe-8

The Q-SUN Xe-8 is the NEW standard in large capacity, rotating rack xenon arc weathering testers. In addition to its unmatched technical capabilities, the Q-SUN Xe-8 tester offers greater capacity, lower price, and significantly longer lamp life – about 8000 hours at normal irradiance – than leading competitors, which all results in low operating costs. Specimen holders in two sizes are available – one to maximize specimen capacity, and one to match historical rotating rack flat specimen sizes. The smaller specimen size offers 45 % greater capacity than competitive testers.

Q-Lab launches new UV fluorescent testing lamps – TUV-421

Q-Lab’s new TUV-421 lamps provide an extended spectral irradiance relative to typical UV fluorescent lamps. This means QUV fluorescent UV testing at a lower cost, and the ability to reproduce color change effects more like one typically expects from Q-SUN xenon arc testing. These new lamps offer a simple way to test for these color changes at a very affordable price.
