Discuss your company's material testing and calibration needs with Elastocon at stand C01:19 at Elmia Polymer 14–17 May 2024.
Here, Elastocon's experts present the company's wide range of testing equipment for plastics, rubber, metal, textiles, building materials, paint and more. We offer both self-developed testing equipment and from several international manufacturers.
At Elmia Polymer we present a major product launch from Q-Lab, within accelerated weathering with a realistic reproduction of full spectrum sunlight with optional water spray. Q-Lab is a world-leading manufacturer of equipment for testing weather resistance, light fastness and corrosion.
We will also show some examples of testing equipment:
- An universal testing machine with an extensometer technology capable of replacing multiple contacting and non-contacting sensors with a single, industry specific instrument. Both from Tinius Olsen.
- The AIM Quick Change Mould is a multi-functional injection mould with interchangeable inserts, used on conventional injection moulding machines for producing plastic samples for tests according to international standards.
- Hardness testers from Bareiss.
- identiPol QA2, which is an instrument for assessing the quality and identity of mouldable thermoplastics.
- A gloss meter for measuring surfaces of paint, plastic, metal, ceramics, building materials and similar materials.
In our own well-equipped testing laboratory we also offer contract testing of materials. Elastocon carries out a large proportion of testing assignments of various kinds for customers all over the world. The specialties are ageing tests, estimation of lifetime and testing of low temperature properties on rubber materials. Elastocon is accredited by Swedac for 15 rubber testing methods.
Other types of contract testing that Elastocon also offers are material analysis such as TGA, DSC and FTIR as well as accelerated weathering of products and materials on a smaller scale.
Elastocon also performs calibration of measuring devices and testing instruments, both in its own laboratory and at the customer's premises. Experienced calibration staff with the right equipment and accreditation from Swedac make the customers' measurements traceable to international standards.
Welcome to meet Elastocon at stand C01:19 at Elmia Polymer 2024.
