Elastocon offer both electromechanical and hydraulically powered universal testing machines from Tinius Olsen for testing of a wide range of materials.
The ST Series of electromechanical testing machines for testing at capacities up to 300 kN
The ST Series of electromechanical testing machines from Tinius Olsen is designed to test a wide range of materials including, but not limited to: plastics, films, paper, packaging materials, filter material, adhesives, foils, food, toys, medical devices and components, in tension, compression, flexure, shear and peel.
The Tinius Olsen benchtop range of ST models features both single and dual column frames, with frame capacities from 1 kN up to 50 kN. The Tinius Olsen floor standing ST models have frame capacities of 100 kN, 150 kN, and 300 kN.
A comprehensive selection of self-identifying load cells, grips and fixtures hold the simplest to most complex specimen profiles, strain measurement instruments employ different technologies, environmental chambers and more can be used in conjunction with these test frames and Horizon software to ensure you have one of the best, most accurate repeatable, flexible and easy-to-use systems on the market today.

The SL Series of hydraulically powered universal testing machines for testing at capacities up to 3000 kN
The SL Series features a patented dual-pressure hydraulic loading system and a rugged four-column construction for exceptional load frame rigidity. In addition, it has a space-saving console with a smaller footprint and comfortable working height design.
All SL systems meet ASTM, ISO, GOST, GB and other international standards in terms of accuracy. Accuracy is within or better than +/- 0.5% of applied force from 0.2% to 100% of frame capacity.
The SL Series can be used with a wide range of compression extensometers on concrete, rock, asphalt, single or dual or tri averaging extensometers under constant speed, stress or strain rate loading.

User interface options
A range of user interface options are available, including Bluetooth and/or tethered interfaces, to enable basic tests, comprehensive tests and everything in between, through Tinius Olsen’s Horizon materials testing software.
Tinius Olsen’s Horizon software can be added to your system to provide a library of standardised test routines, generate a complete graphical result of your test, and perform sophisticated powerful analyses on the test data to produce the test reports you need.
