Elastocon's new cell ageing oven EB 37 is designed for precision ageing of rubber and plastic materials under controlled conditions at temperatures up to +350 °C.

The new automatic relaxation and creep tester, model EB 32, has a liquid circulator for cooling and can cycle between -40 °C and +200 °C, with the same temperature in all 3 test stations. EB 32 can perform testing of rubber and plastics according to ISO 188 method A, ISO 3384-1 method A and B, ISO 3384-2, ISO 6914 method A, ISO 899-14 and ISO 899-2 with some modification (no extensometer required).

Elastocon has extended the temperature range for the basic hot set oven EB 30HT for testing of cable materials. The temperature range is now +40 °C to +300 °C (previous temperature range was +40 °C to +200 °C).

Elastocon has developed a new insert with nine test tubes, EB 07.03, for testing in accordance with ISO 305 method A. In this test, a cell oven is used for stable temperature instead of oil.
