Mitutoyo's measuring microscopes in the MF series are models with motorized Z-axis movement. This feature renders fast and accurate auto focus possible when used in combination with the optional Vision Unit. The MF with motorized Z-axis is available in 3 stage sizes and incorporates all the functionality of the manual MF generation D.
