Elastocon offers industrial ovens and furnaces from SNOL. These industrial chamber ovens are made from high quality materials, such as heavy-duty metal parts and thermal insulation materials. 

Different types of industrial furnaces/thermal process equipment

• Chamber ovens with induced air circulation for curing, primary heating, and other thermal processes up to 750 °C. The air circulation ensures an even temperature distribution and achieves great uniformity. Fit with a selection of precise digital controllers and certified heating elements to ensure excellent temperature stability.
• Furnaces with a removable hearth are designed for more comfortable loading. Used for hardening, normalizing, stress relieving, and other thermal treatment processes up to 1300 °C.
• Chamber furnaces are used for hardening, normalizing, stress relieving, or other thermal treatment processes up to 1300 °C.

Customized thermal process equipment

• Shaft furnaces suitable for metal component carbonization (cementation) and hardening processes in oxidation and reduction environment.
• Crucible melting furnaces suitable for melting aluminium, zinc, copper, bronze, and other base metals.
• Conveyor-type furnaces can be used for metal product curing after the washing process.
• Hardening line – a quenching tank designed to harden metal components.
• Furnace for laminating sails.
