Small material volumes reduce cost and development time

By working with small material volumes, the micro-compounder reduces waste, cost, and development time while maintaining precise control and robust construction. Its compact design fits on a laboratory bench or inside a standard fume hood, eliminating the need for additional infrastructure.

With batch volumes of 5 or 15 ml and torque levels up to 20 Nm, it delivers excellent mixing performance, consistent reproducibility, and reliable processing across a wide range of polymers.

Fully intermeshing screws and robust construction ensure high output in applications such as injection moulding, film and multifilament extrusion.

Compact yet durable, the Xperience Line integrates precise temperature control, a 24-bit motor drive with continuous torque monitoring, and optional rheological software for upscaling to larger parallel twin-screw extruders.
